Ayutthaya or Phra Nakorn Sri Ayutthaya, the old capitals of Thailand, is very famous among local and foreign tourists. Ayutthaya has a unique identity archeological sites. The United Nations Education, Science and Culture Organization (UNESCO) has proclaimed this historical city of Ayutthaya as one of the world cultural heritage venues since 1991.

Ayutthya is very famous of many ancient temples. Somes located in side of Ayutthaya city. Somes are outside the city which can be divided into the northern, the eastern and the western ancient sites. At present, some gigantic, beautiful, and old ancient places are renovated. The well-known ones in the city island area such as Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, Wiharn Mongkhon Bophit, Wat Mahatat, Wat Ratchaburana, Wat Phraram. Wat Samana Khottaram, Wat Kudidao, Wat Maheyong, Wat Jakrawat are located in the eastern site. Wat Phrangan, Wat Phrayaman, Wat Chaiyo are in the northern site. Wat Warachet Thepbumrung, Wat Chaiwatthanaram, Wat Khrachai, Wat Phuthaisawan are in the western site.

For those who enjoy visiting the various Wats which scattered around the city, the most appropriate vehicle is by "Tuk-Tuk". The Tuk-Tuk can shorten the distances of each Wats and thus increase the travelling pleasure for those visiting the Wats area
